Merit Beauty Reviews

If you’ve been on TikTok in the last few months (or if you follow any beauty influencers) you’re likely familiar with minimalist makeup brand Merit Beauty. From their cult-favorite complexion stick to their new bronzer that has everyone swooning, this clean beauty brand’s 10-product catalog is a breath of fresh air for your makeup bag. Founded by Katherine Power (the force behind affordable skin-care brand Versed, W+G faves Avaline Wine and Who What Wear), Merit was created out of the belief that makeup should be easy and simple, but also feel good on your face and body. Unlike many other brands that mold themselves to Gen Z and Millennial needs, Merit was designed to be age inclusive for all ages and skin types.

Described as a “clean” brand, Merit Beauty uses non-toxic ingredients in both their natural and synthetic products. They are EU compliant and work with Hollywood aesthetician Biba de Sousa to ensure that their formulas don’t contain any inflammation or acne triggering ingredients. They also use no artificial fragrance in their products and ship all of their orders in reusable, recyclable or biodegradable packaging.

Despite being one of the newest entrants to the clean beauty space, Merit has already racked up a following stateside (Bella Hadid was seen sporting their bronzer at NYFW) and has now landed in the UK. But is it worth a trip to the online Merit store? We put the products to the test to find out. Merit Beauty Reviews
